Our bin washing machines wash and disinfect bins and industrial containers to food industry hygiene standards. Stainless steel construction and an efficient washing process ensure a clean result, sized to your container type and capacity.
Pohjaranta bin washing machines have two separate tanks. In the pre-wash tank cold water rinses off loose soil, food residue and fat, and only then does the bin move on to the actual wash, where the wash water is adjustable 55–65 °C. Soil from the pre-wash stays in its own tank and never reaches the wash water.
In single-tank machines the pre-wash and the wash share the same water. The water gets dirty as the shift goes on, detergent performance drops and the wash result varies within the shift. A separate pre-wash tank keeps the result consistent, extends the interval between wash water changes and holds water consumption at 20 litres per cycle.
The Bin Washer BW-2 washes 200 l bins and 1000 l containers at 20–50 cycles per hour and can be integrated into an existing production line.
