Two-tank system: separate pre-wash tank and wash tank The MW-3 has two separate 350-litre tanks. The pre-wash tank takes off coarse soil, food residue and fat before the actual wash. The thermally insulated wash tank circulates the chosen washing solution, alkaline or acid, with detergent concentration adjustable from the control panel between 0.2 and 1.5 %. In a single-tank machine the soil from the pre-wash ends up in the same solution as the actual wash: the solution gets dirty, detergent performance drops and the result varies within the shift. In the MW-3 the washing solution stays clean longer, the result does not depend on how many washes into the shift you are, and the interval between solution changes gets longer. Thermal insulation keeps the temperature steady, so less heating energy is used. Adapter trolleys and washing programs The MultiWasher MW-3 offers an all-in-one washing solution for various types of production equipment and also works well as a parts washer. Its innovative adapter trolley system allows efficient cleaning of items such as lift trolleys, stackable containers, screen plates, freezing plates, and plastic pallets. Each washing program is tailored to the washed object, ensuring optimal hygiene and minimal resource use. Thanks to its compact design, the MW-3 reduces investment and space requirements. Energy, detergent, and water consumption are carefully optimized, lowering operating costs while supporting environmental responsibility.
