The washing process is the same two-tank process as in the MW-3: the pre-wash tank and the wash tank are separate, so soil from the pre-wash never reaches the actual washing solution.
Two-tank system as in the MW-3 The MW 3-2-2 uses the same two-tank washing process as the MW-3: the pre-wash tank and the wash tank are separate from each other. Coarse soil comes off during the pre-wash stage into its own tank, so the actual washing solution stays clean longer and the result is consistent from the first batch of the shift to the last. In a single-tank machine the same solution handles both stages, so it gets dirty quickly and detergent performance drops. Capacity and construction The extended washing chamber of MW 3-2-2 enables larger batches than the MW-3 base model, increasing throughput by up to 60 % per wash. Interchangeable adapter trolleys are compatible with the MW-3, so accessories can be moved between models. As in MW-3, energy, detergent, and water consumption are optimized, keeping operating costs low. The frame is stainless steel, and the device meets the hygiene requirements of the food, meat, and fish industries.
