Invoices are sent as PDF attachments and invoice attachments must be in the same file as the invoice itself.

You can send multiple invoices in one email, as long as each invoice is a separate attachment with a unique filename.
Maximum email size is 5 MB.
PDF files must be genuine PDF documents (PDF version 1.3 or newer).
PDF files must not be locked or password protected.
Maximum document size is 210 x 297 mm.
Allowed characters in attachment names: a-z, A-Z, 0-9. Do not use special characters or spaces.
