Survey
We walk through your production on site: current throughput, bottlenecks, hygiene requirements and the space available. That is what the specification, and the quotation, are built on.

Design
Mechanical, electrical and automation design are done in house. The layout is fitted to your existing space and the capacity is sized to your peak production rate, not to the average.

Manufacturing
The machines are built in our own factory. The line is assembled and test run at our works before delivery, which keeps the installation on site shorter and the production shutdown smaller.

Automation
PLC programming, operator interfaces and data collection are done in house. The line is connected to your existing control and reporting systems, so operators do not have to learn a new logic from scratch.

Commissioning
Installation is timed to a production shutdown. We test run the line with your own crates and set the wash result before handover.

Virtual Commissioning
The line is run through on a simulation model before any steel is cut
We build a simulation model of the line and run the PLC program, the motion sequences and the production rate against it before manufacturing starts. Collisions, bottlenecks and programming errors are found in the model instead of on your floor. Commissioning gets shorter and production downtime stays smaller.
Decisions earlier
Layout, capacity and the behaviour of the line can be seen in the model already at the quotation stage, so changes are made before manufacturing.
Shorter commissioning
The PLC program has been tested against the model, so work on site does not start from zero.
Lower risk
Collisions and logic errors turn up in simulation, not on a running production line.

Life cycle services
We service and upgrade the equipment we have delivered for its whole working life. Spare parts, scheduled service and operator training come from the same supplier. Older lines also get capacity upgrades and control system renewals.
Operator training
We train operators and maintenance staff at the machine itself. The same training is repeated later for new people who join.
Scheduled service
An agreed service interval, a check list and replacement of wear parts during planned downtime.
Repairs and spare parts
Remote support first when something fails, a service visit when it is needed. The common wear parts are on our own shelf.
