The Prewashing Unit of the Single Row Washing Line removes coarse dirt and food residues before the main wash. Prewashing shortens the main-wash time and reduces detergent consumption, lowering operating costs. The unit is part of a complete single-row washing line solution.
Available in three configurations: bin-washing model with drum screen (improves water reuse and reduces water consumption), base model without drum screen, and a tunnel model for narrow spaces. All versions include nozzles and a recirculation pump. The frame is built from stainless steel and the unit meets food industry hygiene requirements. The Prewashing Unit connects seamlessly to Pohjaranta washing and rinsing units as part of a coherent washing line.
