The single row dryer removes moisture from crates after washing and rinsing, before storage or packing. Drying is based on high-power air blow-off: the drying air is not separately heated — it warms up from the energy released at the blowing nozzles, and the air is partially recirculated while fresh air is drawn in through the intake. An optional duct heater is available to heat the drying air when more drying performance is required.
Available in several configurations: standard crates (600×400 mm), retail chain requirements, narrow spaces and tyre drying. Fan power is adjusted with a frequency converter, and partial air recirculation keeps the drying air warm without separate heating. An optional duct heater raises the drying air temperature for demanding applications. The frame is built in stainless steel and meets food industry hygiene requirements. The dryer integrates seamlessly with Pohjaranta washing line solutions as part of the complete washing and drying process.
