The Low Level Stacker collects crates from the conveyor automatically into stacks after washing and drying. Available as 1-, 2-, and 3-place models and as a stack-through version, capacity can be matched to the production rate.
The 1-place model suits small production rates, the 2-place model medium ones, and the 3-place model large production rates. In the stack-through version, stacking takes place at the end of the conveyor, allowing the finished stack to pass directly through the conveyor system. The frame is built from stainless steel and the unit meets food industry hygiene requirements. The unit connects seamlessly to Pohjaranta conveyor and washing line solutions at the end of the washing line.
