The Upper Level Destacker separates one or more crates at a time from a crate stack from a high-level installation. Operating from above frees up floor area and allows other conveyors to pass underneath the unit, optimizing the overall washing line layout.
Available in five configurations: horizontal overhead, rotating 2-place Transbox model, rotating 3-place model for 600×400×175 crates, base model for general use, and a rotating beverage-tray model. Rotation enables precise sorting. The frame is built from stainless steel and the unit meets food industry hygiene requirements. The unit connects seamlessly to Pohjaranta washing line and conveyor solutions as part of a wider washing process.
