The Trash Removal Device automatically removes waste, packaging materials, and other trash from crates before the wash stage. Available in several configurations for different production targets such as bread crates and beverage trays, it improves wash results and reduces manual handling.
Available in five configurations: single row with feeding conveyor, single row without feeding conveyor, two row for beverage trays, two row for 600×400×180 crates, and two row for 600×400×220 crates (Rubbish chute model). An optimal solution is available for each product group. The frame is built from stainless steel and the unit meets food industry hygiene requirements. The unit connects seamlessly to Pohjaranta washing line solutions at the head of the washing line.
