The Crate Turning Unit turns crates 90 or 180 degrees automatically on the washing line. Available in three different turning methods, giving flexibility in layout design and optimizing product orientation for the next washing or drying stage.
The gravity right-turning model is the most cost-efficient option when turning is only needed in one direction. The motorized 90° model gives more precise control, and the motorized 180° model turns the crate completely to the opposite direction. The frame is built from stainless steel and the unit meets food industry hygiene requirements. The control is compatible with common PLC systems, and turning can be synchronized with other stages of the washing line.
