Pallet conveyor models Chain pallet conveyor L2100 and L3650 The two-row chain conveyors carry pallet loads up to 1,000 kg. L2100 (2100 mm long) suits short transfers with heavy loads, and L3650 (3650 mm long) longer transfers and buffering. Roller pallet conveyor The roller model suits lighter movement such as buffering and transfers in the dispatch area. Applications Pallet conveyors are used in crate and pallet washing lines, packaging lines and dispatch areas. In one delivered crate and pallet washing and handling system, full pallets enter the line on infeed conveyors, pallets are washed at 100 per hour, and finished pallets leave on outfeed conveyors that hold ten full pallets.
