The Crate Pusher transfers crates laterally from one conveyor to another in Easy Conveyors systems. Available as left- and right-handed versions, two units can be combined into a symmetrical layout for complex routings.
A pneumatic actuator and PLC-compatible control allow precise transfer movements and synchronization with adjacent conveyors. The left- and right-handed versions can be installed as mirror images of each other. The frame is built from stainless steel and the unit meets food industry hygiene requirements. The unit connects seamlessly to Pohjaranta conveyor solutions as part of a wider washing line.
