This washing line is specifically designed for the efficient and high-quality cleaning of deep-drawn metal products in demanding industrial environments. The system removes oil, grease, metal chips, and other manufacturing contaminants, ensuring that products are perfectly clean before surface treatment, welding, or assembly.
The washing line uses a multi-stage cleaning process, including pre-wash, main wash, rinsing, and drying. Each product type can have its own dedicated washing program for optimal results. Adjustable nozzle positioning and pressure ensure thorough cleaning even on complex surfaces and deep contours.
Constructed from acid-resistant stainless steel, the line offers exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. The washing and rinsing units are thermally insulated for improved energy efficiency, and the detergent dosing system automatically controls chemical concentration via a conductivity sensor. Water consumption and energy usage are monitored in real time through the operator interface, supporting cost-effective and environmentally friendly production.
The drying unit utilizes adjustable air nozzles and high-performance blowers, leaving products completely dry and ready for immediate use. The system can be seamlessly integrated into existing production lines, reducing manual labor and shortening lead times.
