Washing and Buffering System for Pallet Boxes

This system is specifically designed for the efficient handling, washing, and processing of industrial tanks. The process begins at the lower-level intake point, where operators manually remove tank lids and place them onto a dedicated rack. Once full, the rack is automatically transferred via conveyor for further processing. Tanks are lifted to an upper level using an elevator mechanism and moved to a staging area before the washing process.

A turning device inverts each tank for thorough cleaning and rinsing. After washing, the tanks are dried and transferred via a lift system to the buffer storage area, where they are stored upside down across four levels. The fifth level is reserved for lid racks. The system includes an output point for quick retrieval that bypasses storage, or items can be dispatched in sequence from the buffer.

All conveyor frames, lifting mechanisms, and safety guards are made from high-grade stainless steel, ensuring a robust, corrosion-resistant, and hygienic solution. The design improves workflow efficiency, reduces manual handling, and maintains a high standard of cleanliness for demanding production environments.
