The two row dryer dries two rows of crates side by side, offering double the capacity of the single row dryer. The drying air is not separately heated: it warms up from the energy released at the blowing nozzles, and the air is partially recirculated while fresh air is drawn in through the intake. An optional duct heater is available to heat the drying air when more drying performance is required. Suited to high-throughput installations at the end of the washing line, where the bottleneck risk is greatest.
Available separately optimised for beverage trays, 600×400×180 mm crates, 600×400×220 mm crates and wide moulds (max. 1500 mm), so drying time and airflow can be optimised per product. Fan power is adjusted with a frequency converter, and partial air recirculation keeps the drying air warm without separate heating — a duct heater is available as an option. The frame is built in stainless steel. The dryer integrates seamlessly with Pohjaranta washing line solutions as part of the complete washing and drying process.
