Crate Handling and Washing System Modification

This project involved modifying an existing box handling and washing system to significantly improve efficiency, reliability, and hygiene in industrial washing processes. The modifications were designed to meet the increasing demands of modern industrial cleaning, where speed, cleanliness, and ease of operation are key factors.

Improvements included optimizing conveyor and control systems, adjusting washing technology for more effective and consistent cleaning results, and reducing water and energy consumption. Hygiene was enhanced by improving wash program precision, using acid-resistant and easy-to-clean materials, and redesigning components to prevent the accumulation of dirt and water in critical areas.

The system’s automation was upgraded to ensure seamless coordination between washing and handling stages, minimizing manual intervention and shortening processing times. The result is a more efficient and hygienic washing solution that extends box lifespan and improves overall production quality.
