Washing and drying line is designed for efficient and hygienic cleaning of moulds (1110×235×35 mm) and plates (560×340×2 mm) in industrial environments. It processes moulds at a capacity of 250–300 pcs/h and plates at 300–350 pcs/h. Each product type has a dedicated wash program to ensure optimal results. The line features manually adjustable side guides for precise handling regardless of product size.
The washing unit uses water from the pre-rinse section and includes a dual mesh filter for solids removal. Products are loaded onto the conveyor upside down, long side first. Washing is performed with an acid-resistant pump (15 kW, 400 l/min, 6–8 bar), and nozzle orientation can be adjusted for optimal coverage. The 500-liter insulated wash tank is steam-heated (+50–60 °C).
Pre-rinse and final rinse are handled in two stages. The pre-rinse unit uses recycled water from the final rinse and features an acid-resistant pump (1.5 kW, 100 l/min, 1.5–2 bar) and a dual mesh filter. In the final rinse, network water at 55–65 °C is used, with the water recirculated back to the pre-rinse tank.
The drying unit uses two high-performance blowers (5.5 kW, 2×2,500 m³/h) with adjustable nozzles targeting all surfaces individually. The result is less than 2 g of water per mould and less than 1 g per plate, with product temperatures of 35–45 °C after drying.
The system includes an automatic detergent dosing system, controlled by a conductivity sensor and diaphragm pump. Detergent concentration can be monitored and adjusted directly from the interface. Additionally, the line features energy and water consumption monitoring and part counting, all displayed in real time.
