The tray washing line (PALPA crates) and handling system is specifically engineered to meet the high demands of the beverage industry, where production speed, hygiene, and reliability are critical. This system delivers a complete solution for cleaning and handling brewery trays, ensuring every tray is spotless and ready for the next production cycle.
The line consists of two parallel washing units, each processing 1,250 trays per hour, for a total capacity of 2,500 units/hour. The washing process includes pre-wash, main wash, rinse, and drying stages, optimized to effectively remove dirt, adhesive residues, and other contaminants. Built from high-grade stainless steel, the system offers outstanding corrosion resistance and a long service life.
Automated handling solutions minimize the need for manual labor and ensure a smooth production flow. The solution supports the beverage industry’s sustainability goals by enabling trays to be quickly returned to circulation in an energy-efficient manner.
