The tray washing line (PALPA/PANIMO crates) and handling system is specifically engineered to meet the high demands of the beverage industry, where production speed, hygiene, and reliability are critical. The line consists of two parallel washing units, each processing 1,250 trays per hour, for a total capacity of 2,500 units/hour. The washing process includes pre-wash, main wash, rinse, and drying stages, optimized to effectively remove dirt, adhesive residues, and other contaminants. Built from high-grade stainless steel, the system offers outstanding corrosion resistance and a long service life.
