Hygienic Conveyor

The hygienic conveyor is a stainless steel conveyor for the demanding hygiene conditions of the food, beverage and meat industries. Smooth surfaces and an open construction make washing and disinfection quick, which shortens cleaning time and improves safety in production. It is available in widths B410, B620 and B1250 and as a base model.

Technical Description

Hygienic conveyor design: open and easy to wash All models are made of stainless steel. The open frame and smooth-ground welds leave few places where soil and water can collect, so the conveyor is quick to wash and inspect. The design follows EHEDG recommendations. Widths and models B410: 410 mm wide, for standard-size washing crates B620: 620 mm wide, for wider loads and larger crates B1250: 1250 mm wide, modular belt for heavy industrial use Base model: for standard washing line applications Applications The hygienic conveyor is used as a food conveyor on food, beverage, bakery, meat and logistics lines, especially around washing lines and in other areas where the conveyor is washed regularly.
